At Monarch Counselling, the time and well-being of all clients is top priority. To ensure everyone has the opportunity to receive support, please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel a session. This provides the chance to fill your spot with someone else in need. If notice is not given, a full session fee will apply. Similarly, missing an appointment will result in the same charge. This fee is due on the day of the scheduled session.
